Water Fun

We were at the Bottle Tree Park in Yishun. We spent our Sunday morning having breakfast there. There was a huge fishing pond, restaurant, playgound, basketball court, and a little fish pond for children to fish for guppies using fishing nets. I was too young to catch any fish. Daddy only let me play with the water and chase after fishes. Its a little slippery though... be careful folks! It was a great place to go to :)

ZOO

This is my 1st trip to the zoo.. I did not take my morning nap, was really excited! Daddy had been telling me about the zoo trip the whole week... About the zebra, tiger, polar bear, monkey... The weather was great! I missed the elephant show at 11.30am as I fell asleep while waiting for the show...

Sakae Sushi

Erm, I've lost count of the number of many times Daddy and Mummy had brought me to Sakae Sushi... I still do not like to eat Japanese rice.. it tasted wierd! Luckily Mummy brought jar food for me.. I just love Gerber's Chicken Noodle!!

A Stroll at "Richie"

After a health check at Mt Alvernia, Mummy brought me to Mac Ritchie Reservoir for a stroll... Oh ya, I was given a little haversack from the clinic! My 1st ever haversack.. heehee..

A little update here:- Weight: 9.04kg, Height: 89cm, Head Circumference: 44cm. Dr Simon Ng said I am tall for my age!

Seemed like after I am able to walk, I just wanna walk!! Even the moment I'm placed on the ground to take a photo, I just walked! However, as it was upslope, I only managed to walk two steps!! I do not like the grass.. its pricky!

I can walk!!

I'm walking with more ease now.. Well, I've been putting in lots of effort to walk. Initially, I did not dare to release mummy's hands, however, they gave me lots of encouragement. I know I'm doing great!!

I am walking more and more these days. It was only yesterday that I stood up on my own, and walked a further distance... After a few attempts, mummy managed to capture my stunt on video! Everyone is as excited as me to see me walking!

My cousin - Hua Xin

This is my cousin from KL. Its the 1st time we are seeing each other. He's not as mobile as me. He is only 6 months old. Mobile as in climbing here and there, standing upon holding to any support.. but he can dance! He's so cute...

Taipei Trip

We went for a 4 days trip to Taipei 4 days after I turned ONE.. Well, could consider it as a Birthday gift from my parents. Here are some photos...

We visited places like Yang Ming San, Shilin Night Market, Ximending (our hotel is right inside this place), Taipei 101, Dan Shui, Wu Fen Pu... Travelled only once by taxi... the rest of the time were by buses or MRT... Its quite easy to get around Taipei, information signs are very clear. However, it was pretty difficult to get off Yang Ming San, we waited for quite sometime for the bus. Much time was wasted there... People in Taipei were very friendly too, we had people offering us seats when they saw me - a baby... keke... There are lots of good food around too. I had a taste of Smelly Beancurd (chou toufu), mummy dislike it, daddy and I finished all the 4 pieces.

How time flies...

I am now 1 year, 1 week and 1 month old. We just came back from our long awaited Taipei trip.. It was an enjoyable but tiring trip. The weather was not as cooling as what we had expected. Mummy packed warm clothings for me, however these clothes were too warm for Taipei. The weather forecast was inaccurate!! It said 18 - 23 degrees on Singapore's news. In actual fact, it was about 25 degrees onwards in Taipei!!
Maybe we could visit Auntie Lisa in Sept in Australia, then I can wear those clothes which mummy bought for me... heehee, shall we, mummy?
