Chocolate with cheese frosting cupcakes

We made super moist chocolate cupcakes with cheese frosting again... It's very nice! This time round, the cakes rose nicely even when its cooled. A sweet success! And the taste, very good! Popo brought some to share with her friends in her dance class. We finished the rest!
Hmmm... anybody who wants can let me know.. I'm most willing to share the fantastic tasting cake! Slurp!

Daddy's Birthday!

It's daddy's birthday! Mommy and I baked the cake and decorated it ourselves! Isn't it beautiful?
We're celebrating Daddy's birthday earlier... cos we're going to Universal Studios Singapore on Daddy's birthday. Looking forward to this saturday... :)

Cookies for LSH

I'll be going to my new childcare on 1 June 2011, Wednesday. That means, the next two days will be my last days at Little Skool House at Alexandra Hospital.

I've attended this school since I was 2 and a half years old. I was in Toddler class at that time. I still remembered that I had cried when I 1st attended the school. Popo had accompanied me through the 1st few days of school. I love attending the school, and had told daddy and mommy to fetch me late from school as I wanted to be the last few to leave the school. Since the transition of the school, many friends and teachers have since moved on. And it's time for me too...

Anyway, as a farewell gift, we made some cookies for my friends and teachers... BYE BYE!!

House Warming & Christmas Party

Everything's new... new house, new Christmas tree, new TV, new dinning table, new kitchen, new toilet, new fridge, new bed, new study table... A nice change.. :)
Had a fun time preparing the food and doing up the cookie house! Yes, the 'house' is made of cookie.. and Jayden had a great time 'testing' the icing sugar and M&Ms when decorating it! It's still standing tall on the dinning table...

We did it again!! Yes.... we built the house from scratch... from flour, egg, sugar to this! Wow.... it looks so nice. We bought the little mushrooms from Ikea.

Christmas Cookies

We baked cookies today. I had been really naughty. I wanted to have a hand in everything. Mommy gave me some dough to play with. I could flatten the dough and cut the dough with the cookie cutter! I kept eating the decorative M&Ms on the cookies! I'll be giving my friends the cookies I helped to bake...
