Shichida Update

Teacher Helen's Term Report:-
Areas of Good Potential
- Able to add
- Able to fix blocks according to diagram
- Able to recall sounds and their pictures
Jayden has sharp ESP and is great at maze. He did excellently well in flash memory too! He is great at soft-shape puzzle as well as he is able to put the correct shapes back without shape guideline. Jayden enjoys fingerplay very much too!
Suggestion for Improvement
Next term, poem (short passage) will be introduced. 1 poem per month. Therefore, for now, mummy can practice reading with Jayden and ask Jayden to repeat after you. Do incorporate linking memory as part of home practice. Do practice simple addition and practice writing of numbers and alphabets as well!
Parental Strength
Both parents are generous with their praises. Well done!
Jayden loves solving mazes... We got him a few maze books which could keep him occupied for a long time! He is able to read and pronounce new words by himself as mommy's been reading together with him very often. Some kids in class were able to arrange 40 cards at a go for linking memory! We'll really need to practice more of this at home... It's fun attending classes with Jayden, though we always have to bribe him when hes not co-operating... haha! From October, he'll be attending another Teacher's class. So young, and he could request for which teacher to teach him...

Sensai Sayonara
This is the "good-bye song" which we sing every sunday at Shichida class. Although we have been singing for a year.. I just could not remember the lyrics..
Until mommy finally got the lyrics from the teacher. Now, after a day, I can sing the song!
I still have the "good morning song" to learn....

I can blow the whistle
See.. I can blow.. but when we were given items to blow in the Shichida class, I was not interested. Maybe I prefer sounds more than movement?
Oh, I've just started Shichida classes... Once a week, every Sunday afternoon. I'm learning alphabets from A to Z, a little Japanese, ESP, maths, motor skills, flash cards, image play, and many more.
